Gallagher Olive Oil is a local specialty food boutique featuring premium olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  Our store is set up as a “tasting room”, allowing customers to sample our products and experience a variety of flavor profiles before purchasing. Gallagher Olive Oil is conveniently located in Vestal, NY on the Vestal Parkway, making it an easy stop to purchase your long-time favorites or take time to indulge in our tasting room.  

 

Our olive oils are sourced from a variety of regions depending on the quality of the olive harvest and resulting product.  While most of our oils are produced from olives grown in the Mediterranean or Chile, we do sometimes have olive oil from California and routinely offer a specialty Butternut Squash Oil from the Fingerlakes Region of New York.  Choose from a mild, medium or robust extra-virgin olive oil, or taste one of our flavor-infused varieties that impart added flavor and interest to your cooking (and eating!) experience.

 

We have both dark and white balsamic vinegar produced from the Trebbiano grapes of Modena, Italy in a wide range of flavor profiles.  Start with our 18-year, aged traditional balsamic or try fruit-forward flavors such as peach or strawberry; spicy gochuchang, sweet maple bourbon, espresso, and many more!

While the name “Gallagher” is not traditionally associated with culinary oil and vinegar products, it is our family name and represents our commitment to family and home.  You will notice that we proudly include “Binghamton, NY” on our bottles.  We feature locally sourced products including finishing salts, rubs, roasted pepitas, honey, and more!  We are proud to be part of the greater Binghamton area community and look forward to providing you with high-quality products for your family and friends!
